2026 | 2-day EPL Clinic | Led By Colby Nealy

Elevate Northwest presents a 2-day pitching clinic in the Elevate Pitching Lab led by Director of Pitching Colby Nealy! During the two days Coach Nealy will cover things such as proper warm-up routines, catch play routines, arm care programs, and mobility drills. Each player will throw two bullpens (one Monday, one Friday), both with Trackman data tracking technology!

Coach Nealy will also give each pitcher a full video analysis of their mechanics as well as a breakdown of their pitch grips and movements. After the two days pitchers will be sent home with both Trackman bullpen reports, a write up of any suggested mechanical or pitch changes, as well as any drills or feedback for the pitcher to use and improve with.

Whether your pitcher is a 14 year old looking to make improvements before he gets to high school or a junior looking for some data that you can send to colleges, this 2-day clinic provides a lot of value outside of just the two days you get to work with Coach Nealy!

What is included

Day 1:

·      Full breakdown of proper warm-up routine

·      Complete mechanical analysis w/ video feedback

·      Learn proper movements and sequencing

·      Collect pitch metrics via Trackman data tracking

Day 2:

·      Pitch design bullpen covering any and all necessary adjustments to pitch arsenal

·      Learn how to attack hitters based off of pitches and shapes of the pitcher

·      Use day 1 data and Trackman data tracking to help adjust pitches and shapes

·      Cover a wide variety of arm care routines for pitchers to take home

Total:

·      Trackman reports of both bullpen sessions

·      Breakdown of mechanical adjustments and pitch changes

·      List of drills and/or feels for pitcher to use on their own
